Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times and costs

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times and any free-shipping offers are shown on the store you ordered from and at checkout before payment. Typical delivery takes 5–15 business days depending on the destination, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed as carrier delays can occur.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any applicable sales tax or VAT collected at checkout is shown before payment.

Order changes and address issues

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may incur a reshipping fee.

Lost or stuck shipments

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and, where a shipment is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
