Products and intended use

Our microneedling devices and related products are cosmetic tools intended for external cosmetic use only, in accordance with the included instructions. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Do not use on broken, irritated, or infected skin. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under dermatological care, consult a qualified professional before use. Always use a new, sterile cartridge for each session and never share cartridges.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the local currency of the store you are using and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable; in such cases you will be refunded in full. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Results described or shown for cosmetic products vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

All content on our websites — including text, images, logos, and page designs — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team.
